Fashion Wholesale Platform

A forward-thinking, experimental web platform I helped design and build to serve as a complete remote selling solution for the fashion industry. The project's goal was to move B2B wholesale from paper catalogs to an immersive, private web experience. This platform was developed for and catered to high-profile brands including Kenneth Cole, its sub-brands (Gentle Souls, Reaction, Unlisted), and Adam Selman Sport.

The Challenge

The primary challenge was conceptual: the platform was ahead of its time, designed for a fashion industry still reliant on handwritten orders and printed lookbooks. The task was to create a digital experience that was not only functional but also more compelling than the traditional process. This required designing a truly intuitive UX/UI for complex wholesale ordering while also integrating unique, interactive elements, such as HTML5 browsable clothing racks and virtual showrooms that can be navigated from anywhere using Matterport technology. I also designed the "Immerchant" brand identity and personally shot product and website photography to meet the high standards of a prestigious brand like Kenneth Cole.

The Outcome

The final platform successfully translated the B2B wholesale experience into a sophisticated, private, and interactive website. It allowed buyers to virtually walk a showroom, interact with digital clothing racks, and build complex purchase orders entirely online, proving itself as a true "remote selling solution." The concept was extremely well-received within the industry for its innovation, and its potential was personally recognized by Kenneth Cole. The project stands as a successful proof-of-concept for the future of digital wholesale, anticipating the industry's eventual shift away from analog methods.
