"I am a NYC-based multidisciplinary digital artist. Technology is my medium, but the story is always human. I build narrative experiences that invite you not just to look, but to feel."
Justin Muñoz is a New York City-based videographer, photographer and multi-disciplinary creative operating at the intersection of cultural storytelling and digital innovation. As the co-founder of the contemporary art advisory The Parallel, Justin uses his lens to bridge the gap between human experience and technological advancement.
His videography and photography is defined by a commitment to the "living archive." This documentary practice has taken him to the Caribbean to capture muralists on a diaspora brigade, into the intimate studios of fine artists, and behind the scenes of high-stakes corporate events. Whether he is documenting a street artist’s process or a brand’s evolution, his work is characterized by narrative depth and a raw, authentic aesthetic.
This same documentary sensibility informs his technical work. Whether translating a 2D illustration into an explorable VR art fair, designing 3D worlds for major brands like Joico, or scoring an award-winning short film, Justin combines technical mastery with a photographer’s instinct for timing and emotion. From NFT projects to legacy-defining art books, he works with artists and institutions to build identities that are both innovative and deeply rooted in story.
